Last updated June 2026. These are good-faith starter documents tailored to QR Code Designer — have a lawyer review them before relying on them commercially, especially for your jurisdiction’s consumer and data-protection rules.
We offer a free plan and, on paid plans, a free trial so you can evaluate QR Code Designer before being charged. You won’t be billed until any trial ends.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. Your receipt is emailed after each successful charge.
You can cancel anytime from Account → Plan & billing (the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future charges; your paid features remain active until the end of the current period, after which the account moves to the free plan. Note that dynamic codes exceeding the free limit may stop resolving once you’re on the free plan — see the Terms.
Because a free trial lets you evaluate first, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we don’t prorate partial periods. That said, we want you to be happy: if something went wrong or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@qrcodedesigner.com and we’ll review it in good faith. We always honor refunds required by applicable consumer law.
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry and may email you. If it stays unpaid, the account reverts to the free plan and paid features (including dynamic codes above the free limit) may stop working until payment is resolved.
